Arrests

Domestic abuse, failure to appear — Anthony Gregory Dutton, 34, of the 9000 block of Elk Creek Road, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dutton Sunday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and misdemeanor harassment. Dutton was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Dutton was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Theft, probation violation — Thomas Owen Friedel, 52, of the 500 block of Marie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Friedel Saturday on charges of first-degree theft, driving with a suspended or revoked license and a probation violation for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

Identity theft — Mandy Lynn Grossman, 43, of the 1000 block of Margarita Avenue, Alhambra, California. Medford police arrested Grossman Sunday on charges of first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Grossman was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Sherry Lee Herndon, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Herndon Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Herndon was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Andrew Lewis Hutton, 38, of the 2000 block of Highway 62, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hutton Sunday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Hutton was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Charles Eric Jackson, 34, of the 2000 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Jackson Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Jackson was also arrested on a probation violation for third-degree robbery. Jackson was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Ana Maria Marcial, 51, of the 2000 block of Agate Meadows, White City. Medford police arrested Marcial Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. Marcial was lodged in jail without bail. 

Child neglect — Autumn Lily Slayton, 19, of the 8000 block of Penny Lane, Shady Cove. Talent police arrested Slayton Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree child neglect and reckless endangering. Slayton was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Tasha Lauren Atchley, 36, of the 200 block of Elm Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Atchley Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Atchley was lodged in jail and released. 

Failure to appear — Travis James Cook, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Cook Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Cook was lodged in jail and released. 

Domestic abuse — Seth Ahmmed Esam Elsayed, 34, of the 3000 block of Snowy Butte Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Elsayed Saturday on a felony charge of strangulation-domestic abuse. Elsayed was also arrested on a charge of harassment. Elsayed was lodged in jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse — Michael Warren Gunter, 43, of the 3000 block of Antelope Acres, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gunter Saturday on felony charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault, both constituting domestic abuse. Gunter was also arrested on a charge of harassment. Gunter was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Brandon Scott Hall, 36, of the 2000 block of North Foothill Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hunter Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Hall was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Leanna Renee Hampton, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Hampton Saturday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Hampton was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. 

Failure to appear — Mark Issac Hansberger, 40, no known address. Ashland police arrested Hansberger Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Hansberger was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Driving under the influence of alcohol — Grant Allen Lewis, 59, of the 4000 block of Core Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Lewis Saturday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Lewis was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal mischief — Jose De Jesus Martinez-Montoya, 28, of the 2000 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Martinez-Montoya Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering. Martinez-Montoya was lodged in jail and released. 

Domestic violence — Antoine Devonare Monk, 34, of the 900 block of Newtown Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Monk Friday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic violence as witnessed by a minor. Monk was also arrested on a charge of harassment. Monk was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Venom Khin Pech, 32, of the 2000 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Pech Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft. Pech was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Driving while suspended or revoked, failure to appear, probation violation — Elizabeth Jeanet Vega, 37, of the 80th block of Eagle View Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Vega Saturday on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm, felony and misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended or revoked and providing false information to a police officer. Vega was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked. Vega was lodged in jail without bail.
