Arrests

Failure to appear — Christopher Blake Bayne, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Bayne Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of city ordinance offense. Bayne was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Aggravated theft — Christopher Timothy Cooper, 38, of the 500 block of Northeast 7th Street, Grants Pass. Cooper was arrested Wednesday on a charge of aggravated first-degree theft. Cooper was lodged in jail and released.

Domestic violence — Christopher Ryan Crow, 33, of the 600 block of Oak Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Crow Wednesday on charges of coercion-domestic violence, harassment-domestic violence and attempting to elude policed by vehicle. Crow was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Melissa Shaina Felton, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Felton Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Felton was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Driving while suspended — Sage Thomas Gerald Green, 27, of the 700 block of Isherwood Drive, Central Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Green Tuesday on a felony charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license. Green was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Guillermo Ishtar Guitron III, 32, of the 7000 block of Division Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Guitron Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Guitron was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Steve Troy Jeffries Jr., 27, of the 500 block of Glairgeau Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Jeffries Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of aggravated first-degree theft and aggravated identity theft. Jeffries was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Rano Malu, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Malu Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault. Malu was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive, methamphetamine, heroin — Stephanie Lynn Shaw, 43, of the 100 block of Tripp Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Shaw Wednesday on charges of unlawful manufacture, possession and delivery of methamphetamine. Shaw was also arrested on a felony charge of unlawful possession of heroin, and on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. In addition, Shaw was arrested as a fugitive from justice wanted in Lane County. Shaw was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Michael John Walls, 35, of the 500 block of Main Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Walls on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and parole violation. Walls, a registered sex offender, was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Ricky Lynn Wilsie Jr., no known address. Medford police arrested Wilsie Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief. Wilsie was lodged in jail without bail.
