Arrests
Failure to appear — Spencer Monte Todd Barnett, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Barnett Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Barnett was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Travis Jon Brummett, 37, of the 200 block of Walker Road, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Brummett Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license. Brummett was lodged in jail without bail.
Parole violation — Daniel James Burda, 40, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Burda Sunday on a parole violation for third-degree robbery. Burda was previously lodged in jail for second-degree manslaughter, aggravated identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree theft, criminally negligent homicide, first-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree abuse of a corpse. Burda was lodged in jail without bail.
Vehicle theft — Sheena Rene Goguey, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Goguey Monday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Goguey was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Andre Jordan McClure, 26, of the 100 block of Keywood Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested McClure Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. McClure was lodged in jail without bail.
Criminal mischief — Bailey Russel Overby-Brod, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Overby-Brod Monday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary, third degree theft and a probation violation for second-degree burglary. Overby-brod was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Megan Rose Sanudo, 24, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sanudo Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Sanudo was lodged in jail without bail.
Assault — Novalee Marie Spurlock, 31, of the 500 South Holly Street, Medford. Jackson County Circuit Court judge set custody and release conditions for third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, menacing-domestic abuse and second-degree criminal mischief. Spurlock was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Angelina Elizabeth Waldenmaier, 28, of the 7000 block of Jacqueline Way, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Waldenmaier Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol. Waldenmaier was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Ramona Rachel Williams, 46, no known address. Ashland police arrested Williams Sunday on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and a warrant for failure to appear on second-degree criminal trespass. Williams was lodged in jail without bail.
