Theft, criminal trespass — Charles Michael Gonzalez, 43, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gonzalez Tuesday on charges of second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Gonzalez was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $30,000 bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Jeremy Logan Hazel, 25, of the 3800 block of Corey Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hazel Tuesday on charges of failure to report as a sex offender and a parole violation for first-degree sexual abuse. Hazel was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear, theft — Jacob Andrew Lambert, 34, of the 500 block of Marie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lambert Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, failure to report as a sex offender and felon in possession of a restricted weapon as well as charges of unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, second-degree theft and a city ordinance offense. Lambert was lodged in jail on $20,500 bail.

Criminal trespass, criminal mischief — Byron Hays Rogers, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Rogers Tuesday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Rogers was lodged in jail without bail.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Kerry John Wright, 64, of the 10 block of Washington Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wright Wednesday on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Wright was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
