Arrests

Domestic abuse — Alba Luz Chilel Barrios, 47, of the 3500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Chilel Barrios Monday on charges of third-degree assault-domestic violence, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree assault. Chilel Barrios was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Michael Gregory Dike, 63, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Dike Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, menacing, resisting arrest and second-degree theft. Dike was lodged in jail without bail.

Assault, unlawful use of a weapon — Anthony Cliff Holzhauer, 65, of the 200 block of Lorraine Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Holzhauer Monday on charges of first-degree assault, second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and harassment. Holzhauer was lodged in jail on $150,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Richard Lee White, 65, of the 3800 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested White Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief along with charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile electronic device. White was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
