Arrests

Drugs — Randall Hall Banks, 62, of the 15400 block of Camino Del Parque, Sonora, California. Medford police arrested Banks Tuesday on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Banks was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $150,000 bail.

Domestic abuse — Joseph Cruz Leyva, 38, of the 1200 block of Ruskin Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Leyva Wednesday on a parole violation for strangulation-domestic abuse. Leyva was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs — Sarah Katherine Stanley, 45, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Stanley Wednesday on charges of unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and attempted unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Stanley was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.

Fugitive — Kathryn Leah Swartz, 23, of the 1600 block of South Eagle View Drive, Martinsville, Indiana. Medford police arrested Swartz Wednesday on a fugitive warrant from Indiana. Swartz was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Mark Allen Christopher Bouteller, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bouteller Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of failure to report as a sex offender and second-degree theft as well as charges of carrying of concealed weapons, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Bouteller was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Fugitive — Shawn Thomas Lewis, 38, of the 1400 block of East 69th Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Medford police arrested Lewis Tuesday on a fugitive warrant from South Dakota. Lewis was lodged in jail without bail.

Aggravated theft — Amy Louise Moore, 59, of the 200 block of North Fifth Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Moore Tuesday on charges of first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree criminal mistreatment. Moore was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Fugitive — Jennifer Marie Starr, 41, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Starr Saturday on fugitive warrant from South Dakota. Starr was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive, attempting to elude police by foot — Rodney Scott Rohrbach, 32, of the 900 block of North Main Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Medford police arrested Rohrbach Tuesday on a fugitive warrant from South Dakota as well as charges of second-degree criminal trespass, attempting to elude police by vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, reckless endangering, attempting to elude police by foot and hit-and-run vehicle-property damage. Rohrbach was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.
