Arrests

Fugitive — Anthony Duane Long, 43, of the 200 block of East Seventh Street, Mountain View, Missouri. Medford police arrested Long Friday on a fugitive warrant from Florida. Long was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Domestic abuse, drugs — Demarco Antonio Murray Lilly, 25, of the 800 block of Diamond Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Murray Lilly Friday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, as well as a probation violation for fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Murray Lilly was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Disorderly conduct — Justin Levi Matthew Valenzuela, 29, of the 700 block of Beaty Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Valenzuela Friday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Valenzuela was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Rebecca Chisholm, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Chisholm Friday on charges of second-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Chisholm was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Kurt Christian Simon, 61, no known address. Ashland police arrested Simon Friday on charges of second-degree criminal conspiracy theft and second-degree theft. Simon was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs, felon in possession of a firearm — Tiffany Anderson Burke, 32, of the 700 block of West Second Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Burke Sunday on charges of unlawful delivery of a counterfeit Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful manufacture or delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Burke was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal mischief, disorderly conduct — Simeon Goranov, 33, of the 100 block of First Avenue, Rio Dell, California. Medford police arrested Goranov Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon, fourth-degree assault and menacing. Goranov was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Rainbow Lynn Ybarra, 24, of the 800 block of Cedar Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ybarra Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree theft and attempted theft. Ybarra was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs, probation violation — Dylan Ray Kraatz, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Kraatz Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and a probation violation for first-degree criminal mischief. Kraatz was lodged in jail without bail.

Falsifying business records, criminal mistreatment — Courtney Rae McRae-Zanone, 30, of the 600 block of North Main Street, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McRae-Zanone Thursday on charges of falsifying business records, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal mistreatment. McRae-Zanone was lodged in jail without bail.

Rape, sexual abuse — Jose Quezada, 59, of the 20 block of Kingfisher Court, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Quezada Wednesday on charges of first-degree rape, second-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse. Quezada was lodged in jail on $1,000,000 bail.
