Arrests
Criminal mischief, drugs — James David Bryan, 47, of the 60 block of Willamette Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Bryan Friday on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bryan was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft — Tyler James Libbett, 37, of the 900 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Libbett Friday on charges of first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and first-degree theft. Libbett was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Domestic abuse, criminal mischief — David Dustin Flowers, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Flowers Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree assault-domestic violence, strangulation-domestic abuse, aggravated harassment and a parole violation for second-degree robbery. Flowers was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Loyal Lee Pendleton, 34, no known address. Ashland police arrested Pendleton Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless endangering and harassment. Pendleton was lodged in jail without bail.
Drugs — Sigorney Justine Zallen, 37, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Medford police arrested Zallen Friday on charges of unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of cocaine and unlawful manufacture of cocaine. Zallen was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear, drugs — Shawn Lee Crippin, 43, of the 100 block of South Stage Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Crippin Saturday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and giving false information to a peace officer as well as warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangering, fourth-degree assault and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Crippin was lodged in jail without bail.
