Arrests
Domestic abuse — Bryant Jamaal Artry, 34, of the 1800 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Artry Monday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, second-degree assault-domestic violence, strangulation-domestic abuse, menacing-domestic abuse and unlawful use of a weapon. Artry was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Failure to appear — Jeffery Joseph De Marco, 48, of the 200 block of Keen Road, Grants Pass. Central Point police arrested De Marco Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault, tampering with a witness, third-degree assault, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. De Marco was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Burglary, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle — Carole Anna Jackson, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Jackson Monday on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Jackson was lodged in jail without bail.
Criminal mischief — Justin John Morton, 45, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Morton Monday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Morton was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.
Burglary, theft — Kenneth Oliver Redifer, 49, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Redifer Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree theft and theft of services. Redifer was lodged in jail without bail.
