Arrests

Domestic abuse — Markayla Antionette Cotton, 30, of the 900 block of East 10th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Cotton Wednesday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, giving false information to a peace officer, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and harassment. Cotton was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Brandy Nichole Falco, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Falco Thursday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Falco was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Richard Verner Hamilton, 61, of the 1400 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hamilton Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering. Hamilton was lodged in jail without bail.

Attempted assault, unlawful use of a weapon — Danielle Lynn Murrey, 43, of the 100 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Murrey Wednesday on charges of first-degree attempted assault, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and menacing. Murrey was lodged in jail and bailed out.

Fugitive — Tiffany Lynn Sanderson, 33, of the 9500 block of Butte Falls, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sanderson Wednesday on a fugitive warrant from California, as well as charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Sanderson was lodged in jail without bail.

Reckless endangering, criminal mischief — Ethan Whiteman, 24, of the 800 block of East Douglas Avenue, Bellingham, Washington. Ashland police arrested Whiteman Wednesday on charges of reckless endangering, third-degree criminal mischief, aggravated harassment, resisting arrest, harassment, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. Whiteman was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.
