Theft, drugs — Kenneth Justin Brown, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Brown Thursday on charges of second-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Brown was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Alisha Ann Frazier, 36, of the 20 block of Tripp Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Frazier Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft, unlawful possession of heroin and first-degree attempted theft along with a charge of giving false information to a peace officer. Frazier was lodged in jail on $12,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Charles Bruce Hillegas, 35, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hillegas Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, harassment and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Hillegas was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Reckless endangering, failure to appear — Victoria Michelle Kahut, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kahut Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and resisting arrest as well as charges of reckless endangering, attempting to elude police by vehicle, failure to carry or present a license to a police officer, giving false information to a peace officer, reckless driving and attempting to elude police by foot. Kahut was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Aarin Timothy Wold, 31, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford police arrested wold Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass as well as charges of third-degree theft and a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Wold was lodged in jail without bail.

Assault on a peace or public safety officer, resisting arrest — Nathan Eric Joyce, 39, of the 2400 block of Siskiyou Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Joyce Saturday on charges of assault on a peace or public safety officer, attempted unlawful use of a stun gun, tear gas or mace and resisting arrest. Joyce was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear, identity theft — Lyandra Ponder, 28, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Ponder Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of heroin as well as a charge of identity theft. Ponder was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Victor Clarence Robinson, 43, of the 300 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robinson Sunday on a fugitive warrant from Washington state, along with charges of giving false information to a peace officer, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Robinson was lodged in jail without bail.
