Frank Ray Spencer

December 27, 1941 – October 18, 2024

Frank passed after a long battle from cancer. Frank was born in Tulsa Oklahoma to Beatrice and Frank Sr In 1962, he married his wife Marilyn for whom is was with for 61 years. He loved and adored children and was involved with coaching baseball and always volunteered for field trips. He worked for CPE school district for 25 years until he retired. He is survived by his wife, 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren who knew he always had jelly beans for them.

His memorial is set for November 15th at 11am at Conger Morris in Central Point. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to be donated to a charity of your choice.
