Arrests

Domestic abuse — Daniel Allen Biggs, 20, no known address. Central Point police arrested Biggs Thursday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, third-degree escape and resisting arrest. Biggs was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Domestic abuse — Devin Demario Brennan, 35, of the 1200 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Brennan Wednesday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Brennan was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Michael Philip Caldwell, 37, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Oregon State Police arrested Caldwell Thursday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Caldwell was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Fugitive — Alisha Rose Clement, 37, of the 2600 block of Elliot Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Clement Wednesday on a fugitive warrant from California, as well as a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Clement was lodged in jail without bail.

Probation violation — Corey Eugene Malbeck, 36, of the 1100 block of Hodson Lane, Eugene. Medford police arrested Malbeck Thursday on probation violations for first-degree theft, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm. Malbeck was lodged in jail without bail.

Obstructing government or judicial administration — Anthony Alex Ruiz, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Ruiz Wednesday on charges of obstructing government or judicial administration, interfering with a peace officer and contempt of court for violating a restraining order. Ruiz was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
