Arrests

Drugs — Darren James Bandy, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Bandy Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation for unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Bandy was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Burglary, theft — Shan Patrick Chenoweth, 44, of the 4400 block of Tioga Way, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Chenoweth Wednesday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, unlawful possession of a firearm or ammunition and second-degree criminal mischief. Chenoweth was lodged in jail without bail.

Reckless driving, criminal mischief — Bailey Cheyenne Cornett, 35, of the 1500 block of Oregon Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Cornett Wednesday on charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering, second-degree criminal mischief, attempting to elude police by vehicle, fourth-degree assault, giving false information to a peace officer, driving under the influence of intoxicants, third-degree theft and a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Cornett was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — David Allen Frasure, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Frasure Wednesday on charges of second-degree theft, third-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Frasure was lodged in jail without bail.

Robbery, disorderly conduct — Michael David Jackson, 60, of the 17300 block of Slagle Creek Road, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jackson Tuesday on charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon, third-degree theft and menacing. Jackson was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Assault, unlawful use of a weapon — Cedrick Layne Mobley, 25, of the 1500 block of Hollyhock Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Mobley Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, third-degree robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, second-degree theft and a warrant for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Mobley was lodged in jail without bail.
