January 1, 1970 – August 10, 2024

On Saturday August 10, 2024 Walter Lee Davenport, beloved father, brother, and uncle passed away peacefully at the age of 54, with his daughter Alexis Davenport, her partner David and his nephew Sorrell by his side.

Walter moved to Wimer, Oregon at the age of 12. He was raised by his Aunt Gloria Leach and Aunt Penny Tucker on West Evans Creek Road also living with his Grandmother and cousins, Kandy, Bud, Ramona, Wayne and Kyle, Joe and Karen. Walter graduated from Rogue River High and he loved country life. He is survived by his only daughter Alexis Davenport.

A private family scattering at sea and memorial in his loving memory will be in Monterey Bay.
