Arrests
Probation violation — Katherine Lynn Baker, 34, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Baker Wednesday on a probation violation for first-degree arson. Baker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Michael Jay Blakeney, 27, of the 1800 block of West Eighth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Blakeney Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm, a parole violation for unlawful use of a weapon and charges of second-degree criminal trespass, giving false information to a peace officer and interfering with a peace officer. Blakeney was lodged in jail without bail.
Criminal mischief — Justin Reid Carr, 37, of the 4600 block of Azalea Drive, Grants Pass. Rogue River police arrested Carr Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Carr was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving — Jourdan Renae Devey, 21, of the 5000 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Devey Thursday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and hit and run vehicle-property damage. Devey was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Enrique Fuentes Martinez, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Fuentes Martinez Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit and run vehicle-property damage, driving with a suspended or revoked license as well as a city ordinance offense. Fuentes Martinez was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear, giving false information to a peace officer — Alyssa Trinity Ann Hall, 29, of the 900 block of Broadway Street, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hall Thursday on a charge of giving false information to a peace officer and warrants for failure to appear on charges of hit and run vehicle-property damage and second-degree criminal mischief. Hall was lodged in jail without bail.
Disorderly conduct, criminal trespass — Timothy Tracy Russell, 43, of the 400 block of King Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Russell Wednesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal trespass as well as a probation violation for first-degree burglary. Russell was lodged in jail without bail.
Theft, probation violation — Matthew Joseph Torres, 35, of the 400 block of Piccadilly Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Torres Thursday on a charge of first-degree theft as well as a probation violation for first-degree theft. Torres was lodged in jail without bail.
