Arrests
Criminal trespass, resisting arrest — Helen Rebecca Bivens, 42, of the 1100 block of Main Street, Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Bivens Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest and interfering with a peace officer. Bivens was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Probation violation — Nicole Marie Dominguez, 41, no known address. Parole and probation officers arrested Dominguez Thursday on a probation violation for identity theft. Dominguez was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear, resisting arrest — Brittany Megan Girard, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Girard Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of firsat-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief and charges of aggravated harassment, resisting arrest and interfering with a peace officer. Girard was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Athena Rene Pearson, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Pearson Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft and giving false information to a peace officer; a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and charges of second-degree attempted theft and second degree criminal trespass. Pearson was lodged in jail on $6,000 bail.
Failure to appear — Ira Matthew Ponder, 26, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Ponder Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of supplying contraband, first-degree burglary and private indecency. Ponder was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Nancy Sue Veilleux, 55, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Veilleux Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft and first-degree aggravated theft. Veilleux was lodged in jail without bail.
