Arrests

Failure to report as a sex offender — Nathan Bart Bak, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bak Sunday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Bak was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Assault, disorderly conduct — Maximillian Tobias Bodzin, 45, of the 1700 block of Dayton Street, Klamath Falls. Ashland police arrested Bodzin Sunday on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree attempted assault, fourth-degree assault and interfering with a peace officer. Bodzin was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Quinton Michael Cutting Johnson, 44, of the 2500 block of East Gregory Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Cutting Johnson Monday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Cutting Johnson was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal possession of a forged instrument — Sage Merlin Limberhand, 25, of the 7400 block of Highway 140, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Limberhand Monday on a charge of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Limberhand was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Joseph Dale McIntosh, 34, of the 1100 block of North Eighth Street, Klamath Falls. Ashland police arrested McIntosh Sunday on charges of third-degree assault, third-degree attempted assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. McIntosh was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Parole violation, attempted burglary — Tyler Jeremy Petersen, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Petersen Sunday on charges of second-degree attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools, along with a parole violation for first-degree theft. Petersen was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Criminal mischief — Andrew Charles Jayden Williams, 25, of the 800 block of Ogara Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Williams Monday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with making a report and harassment-domestic violence. Williams was lodged in jail without bail.
