Arrests

Theft, drugs — Michael Walter Cohen, 43, of the 900 block of Camelot Drive, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Cohen Thursday on charges of second-degree theft, unlawful possession of cocaine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Cohen was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Kidnapping, domestic abuse — Nicholas John George, 40, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested George Thursday on charges of second-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and menacing-domestic abuse. George was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Bradley William Krauss, 43, of the 10 block of Morrel Court, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Krauss Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Krauss was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal trespass, theft — Joshua Alan Mundt, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Mundt Wednesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Mundt was lodged in jail on $3,000 bail.
