Criminal trespass, carrying of concealed weapons — Spencer Monte Todd Barnett, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Barnett Wednesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and carrying of concealed weapons. Barnett was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Failure to appear, drugs — Trevor Miles Hegwald, 30, of the 100 block of Onyx Street, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Hegwald Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine as well as charges of unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and giving false information to a police officer. Hegwald was lodged in jail without bail. 

Fugitive — Rafael Villalobos Burgueno, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Villalobos Burgueno Wednesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Villalobos Burgueno was lodged in jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse, interfering with making a report — Randall William White, 54, no known address. Medford police arrested White Wednesday on charges of menacing-domestic abuse, interfering with making a report and harassment. White was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
