Former Dutch Bros exec announced as senior vice president, chief of staff for Hayden Homes

Keith Thomajan, who previously served as chief of staff and chief social impact officer for Dutch Bros, was announced as the new senior vice president and chief of staff for northwest U.S. based home builder Hayden Homes. 

The company announced Thomajan stepped into his new role April 1, bringing experience in strategic planning, operations, community impact and people development to the home building company. 

Thomajan previously served in executive roles with Dutch Bros, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon and OnPoint Community Credit Union. 

During his five years with Dutch Bros, Thomajan helped lead the coffee company’s expansion from seven to 15 states and from $300 million to $1 billion in revenue.

In his new role, Thomajan will work with other members of Hayden Homes’ executive team to oversee strategic initiatives.

He will also optimize the company’s operations to drive continued improvement and support long-term growth for the company which was founded in Redmond, Oregon in 1989.
