Probation violation, drugs — Darren James Bandy, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Bandy Wednesday on probation violations for unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Bandy was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — David Roland Crump, 66, of the 100 block of Briar Wood Way, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Crump Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, driving with a suspended or revoked license, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and second-degree criminal trespass. Crump was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal trespass, attempted assault on a peace officer  — Brittney Anne McGuire, 30, of the 2600 block of Waldo Road, O’Brien, Oregon. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McGuire Wednesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, attempted assault on a peace officer, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest. McGuire was lodged in jail without bail. 

Identity theft, drugs — Michael Robert Shepard, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Shepard Wednesday on charges of a parole violation for identity theft, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and second-degree criminal trespass. Shepard was lodged in jail without bail.
