Arrests

Assault — Jaymes Anthony Juarez Jr., 21, of the fiftieth block of Molly Loop, Ladara Ranch, California. Ashland police arrested Juarez Jr. Saturday on charges of second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. Juarez was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Casey Lyn Kerns, 40, of the 2000 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Kerns Friday on charges of unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Kerns was also lodged in jail for charges of first-, second-, and third-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, felony possession of a firearm, felon in possession of stolen vehicle and escape. Kerns was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Nicholas Ryan Long, 37, of the 600 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Long Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. Long was lodged in jail without bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Esteban Molina, 32, of the 1800 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Molina Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, coercion and menacing-domestic abuse. Molina was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — William Lee Gray, 39, of the thirtieth block of North Orange Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gray Friday on a charge of escape and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Gray was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Tyler Jackson Green, 32, of the 11000 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Green Friday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Green was lodged in jail without bail.

Parole violation — Daniel Jerome Haas, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Haas Thursday on a parole violation for second-degree arson. Haas was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Andrew Jack Habel, 31, of the 200 block of Fielder Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Habel Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempted unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance, attempted delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce. Habel was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic violence — Hector Hernandez-Robles, 28, of the 500 block of Tamarack Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Hernandez-Robles Friday on charges of felony strangulation-domestic abuse, harassment-domestic violence and interfering with making a report. Hernandez-Robles was lodged in jail without bail.

Identity theft — Keri Leann Jones, 48, of the Shasta Lane, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Jones Thursday on a charge of identity theft. Jones was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Karey Ann Lindsey, 26, of the 800 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Lindsey Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of harassment. Lindsey was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Laurence Edward Malin, 58, of the 5000 block of Peace Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Malin Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and a parole violation for assault on a public safety officer. Malin was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Alexis Mendez, 19, of the 700 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mendez on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Mendez was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Probation violation — Richard Alvin Morris II, 43, no known address. Parole and probation officers arrested Morris Friday on a probation violation for felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Morris was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Randall Dean Nelson, 57, of the 9000 block of Upton Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nelson Friday on a charge of contempt of court and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of providing false information to a police officer. Nelson was lodged in jail and released.

Supplying contraband — Robert Phillip Tallman, 36, of the sixtieth block of Dion Court, Shady Cove. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued custody and release conditions for Tallman, who was arrested on a charge of supplying contraband. Tallman was lodged in jail on other charges, including unlawful entry into and use of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal trespass, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, reckless driving and attempting to elude police both by vehicle and foot. Tallman was lodged in jail on $77,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Jonathan Robert Wong, 32, no known address. Ashland police arrested Wong Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Wong was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Murder — Michael Wayne Ray, 64, of the 14000 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ray Saturday on charges of second-degree murder, felon in possession of a firearm and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. Ray was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Aubrey Scott Britt, 31, of the 200 block of Rachel Drive, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Britt Saturday on charges of harassment and felony fourth-degree assault strangulation witnessed by a minor. Britt was lodged in jail without bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Mari Lynn Fielder, 60, of the 7000 block of Woodlake Court, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fielder Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. Fielder was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Eluding police — Khalan Jamil Johnson, 27, of the 800 block of Butte Street, Vallejo, California. Phoenix police arrested Johnson Sunday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle and reckless driving. Johnson was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Desirae Dean Bourn-Kochen, 35, of the 1000 block of Prune Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Bourn-Kochen Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Bourn-Kochen was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Jordan Christopher Smail, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Smail Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear for a probation violation on a charge of identity theft. Smail was lodged in jail and released.
