American Trails: The gallery, located in the Columbia Hotel, 250 E. Main St., Ashland, features art and crafts of the Indigenous peoples in North and South America. Art & Soul Ashland: The gallery features paintings in a variety of media and styles, pottery, photography and more by local and regional artists. Through the month of June, see abstract watercolor paintings by Lynda Hoffman-Snodgrass in the exhibit “Abstract Expressions.” Art & Soul Ashland, 247 E. Art du Jour Gallery: See exhibits by local artists in myriad media such as watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, pen-and-ink, Conté crayon, collage, sculpture, photography, mixed media and more. During the month of June, the gallery will highlight an all-gallery member showing. The Feature Wall will display the work of oil painter Erin Cam; abstract multimedia artist Dixie Kinser’s work will be on exhibit in the Art Vault; also see work by wildlife painter Linda Cruz, and weavings and jewelry by Thalia Suzuki Keple. Art Presence Art Center: The gallery, at 206 N. Fifth St., Jacksonville, features work by member artists in a variety of media including oil, pastel, watercolor, acrylic and fabric. Ashland Art Works: The gallery features work of local artists in a variety of media, including ceramics, woodwork, fiber arts, jewelry and garden art. The featured exhibits throughout June will include ceramics by Cheryl Kempner, metalworks by Bonnie Morgan, and watercolors by Shari Southard. Fiber Arts Collective: See the work of approximately 30 fiber artisans at 37 N. Third St., Ashland. Micah BlackLight, local artist, teacher and mentor, will engage in a dual-medium, interactive installation project in the shop window for much of the month of June. Gambrel Gallery: The gallery, which features work by a variety of local artists, is located in an iconic red barn at 1980 E. Main St., Ashland. Oak Leaf Studio: Located at 247 Oak St., Ashland, Oak Leaf Studio is the working and gallery space of local artist Leif Trygg, who works in a variety of media, including pastel, watercolor, acrylic and digital imaging. Throughout the month of June, see watercolors by Leif Trygg highlighting various locations in Ashland and photographs of scenes of Bend by Bob Trygg. Rogue Gallery & Art Center: The gallery, featuring work by local artists, at 40 S. Bartlett St., Medford, is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays. On display through June 16, see a juried exhibition of contemporary art. The Community Gallery will showcase “A Tribute to Art Nouveau: Rogue Gallery’s Annual Art Movement Exhibit,” through July 7. Schneider Museum of Art: Southern Oregon University’s Schneider Museum, 555 Indiana St. Ashland, will hold its biannual outdoor art adventure, Art Beyond, through July 15. This exhibition focuses on sculptural and installation-based artworks and special art-centered events in and around Ashland, such as plein air painting, clay harvesting, open studio tours and more.
