Felony arrests

Failure to appear — Algie Paul Burdis, 32, of the 2000 block of N. Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Burdis on failure to appear warrant for second-degree criminal trespass. Burdis also violated parole on charges of unauthorized use of a motorized vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants and unlawful possession of heroin. Burdis was lodged in Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Jason Lee Castillo, 41, of the 3000 block of Avenue G, White City. Castillo was arrested Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of hit and run property damage. Castillo was not listed in jail records Thursday.

Domestic abuse — Nicolas Clifton, 34, of the 2000 block of Carr Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Clifton Tuesday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault domestic abuse and misdemeanor domestic abuse strangulation. Clifton was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Matthew James Collier, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Collier Tuesday on a failure to appear warrant for charges of first-degree trespass, second-degree trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree robbery, third-degree burglary, and third-degree theft. Collier was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, Failure to appear — Monique Mary Anne Gallego-Mendeola, 24, of the 200 block of Northwest E Street, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Gallego-Mendeola Tuesday on a charge of second-degree theft and failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by foot, reckless endangering and reckless driving. Gallego-Mendeola was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Amber Nicole Humphrey, 37, of the 2000 block of Finley Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Humphrey Tuesday on charges of second- and third-degree theft, providing false information to police and second-degree criminal trespass. Humphrey was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of hit-and-run property damage. Humphrey was lodged in jail on $6,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Justin Grant Kilduff, 38, of the 100 block of South Holly Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Kilduff Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. He has since been released.

Theft, Failure to appear — Matthew Klettlinger, 61, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Klettlinger Wednesday on a charge of first-degree theft and failure to appear for charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering and reckless driving. Klettlinger was lodged in jail without bail.

Sex abuse — Steven Michael McConnell, 53, of the 400 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McConnell Wednesday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. McConnell was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Michael Andrew McEwen, 30, of the 19000 block of Antioch Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McEwen Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree robbery. McEwen was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.

Sex abuse — Jonathan Javier Montes, 32, of the 40000 block of Royal Coachman Drive, Chiloquin. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Montes Wednesday on probable cause for first-degree sexual abuse. Montes was not listed in jail records Thursday.

Failure to appear — Ryan Craig Moon, 36, of the 100 block of Tiffany Court, Central Point. Medford police arrested Moon Wednesday on a failure to appear warrant for second-degree theft and second-degree forgery. Moon was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Jordan Dale Silva, 30, of the 800 block of Forest Glen Drive, Central Point. Medford Police arrested Silva on charges of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Cheri Spino, 38, of the 6730 NE 42nd Avenue, Portland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Spino on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was lodged in jail, but a bail amount was not listed Thursday. 

Failure to appear — Mark Clayton Walley, 64, no known address. Ashland police arrested Clayton Wednesday for failure to appear on fourth-degree assault, menacing and harassment. Walley is being held in jail without bail.

 

Theft — Richard John Bell II, 37, of the 7000 block of Bellair Way, White City. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bell on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of third-degree theft, a parole violation for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bell was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Kayce Marrie Carson, 32, of the 2000 block of Fairweather Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Carson Tuesday on a failure to appear warrant for previous charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of third-degree theft, and second-degree burglary. Carson was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Laura Janine Clark, 37, of the 400 block of Worthington Road, Eagle Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Clark Monday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Clark was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary — Tyreese Lasaun Key, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Key Feb. 4 on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief. Key is also wanted on numerous other charges, including resisting arrest, assault of a police officer and sexual abuse. Key was lodged in jail on $75,000 bail. 

Failure to appear — Kody Lee Maple, 27, no known address. Oregon State troopers arrested Maple Monday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on two charges of identity theft. Maple was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Fugitive warrant — Shawn Michael Park, 47, of the 8000 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Park Monday on a warrant as a California fugitive and on a charge of misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Park was lodged in jail on $255,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Graham Nicholas Pedersen, no known address. Medford police arrested Pedersen Tuesday on a charge of escape, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief and for a parole violation on a charge of first-degree theft. Pedersen was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Josie Dawn Phillips, 34, of the 50 block of Orange Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Phillips Monday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of harassment, improper use of emergency communications and providing false information to a police officer. Phillips was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Wendy Lee Rose, 32, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rose Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft and a parole violation for identity theft. Rose was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Cherie Thompson, 38, of 1600 block of El Monte Drive, Crescent City, California. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thompson Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Thompson was not listed in the jail log Wednesday.

Sexual abuse — Mike Arredondo, Jr., 44, of the 100 block of Oak Grove Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Arredondo Monday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Arredondo was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Janine Jarryd Boynton, no known address. Medford police arrested Boynton Monday for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Boynton was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Mandron Alfred Coulter, 45, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Coulter Monday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and third-degree theft. Coulter was lodged in jail without bail.

Forgery — Christina Ann Curry, 42, no known address. Oregon State Police arrested Curry on charges of identity theft and first-degree forgery and providing false information to police. Curry was also arrested for failure to appear in court on numerous other charges, including first- and second-degree theft, and unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Curry was lodged in jail on $80,000 bail.

Robbery — Francisco Javier Diaz-Ramirez, 44, of Las Vegas, Nevada. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Diaz-Ramirez on a warrant on charges of first-degree robbery. Diaz-Ramirez was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.

Theft — Jason Michael Jensen, 34, of the 1600 block of Williams Highway, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jensen on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of heroin. Jensen was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Identity Theft — Kody Lee Maple, 27, no known address. Maple was arrested Monday by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies for identity theft. Maple was lodged without bail.

Fugitive warrant — Ericka Zamora-Wiggin, 52, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Zamora-Wiggin on a felony warrant as a fugitive from California. Zamora-Wiggin was also charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing and giving false information to police. Zamora-Wiggin was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.
