Felony arrests

Sex offender, failure to appear — Tommy Lee Alan Forsythe Jr., 29, of the 400 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Forsythe Friday on felony and misdemeanor failure to report as a sex offender. Forsythe Jr. was also wanted on parole violations for failure to register as a sex offender, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree burglary. Forsythe Jr. was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Theft, hindering prosecution — Michael Lee Palmer, 40, of the 3000 block of Lazy Creek Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Palmer Thursday on charges of first-degree theft and hindering prosecution. Palmer was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft, failure to appear — Athena Rene Pearson, 25, of the 1300 block of NE 9th Street, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Pearson on a failure to appear warrant for third-degree theft. Pearson was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Vehicle theft, failure to appear — Sahailee Dove Savage, 20, of the 300 block of Angle Street, Ashland. Phoenix police arrested Savage Thursday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Savage was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft. Savage was lodged in jail on $4,500 bail.

Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Douglas Eugene Shaver, 59, of the 20000 block of Fern Ridge Road, Sweet Home. Medford police arrested Shaver for second-degree criminal trespass. Shaver was also wanted on a failure to appear warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct, offensive littering, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Shaver was lodged in jail on $32,500.

Driving under the influence, failure to appear — Logan Darrell Warner, 33, of the 3000 block of Ingalls Drive, White City. Medford police arrested Warner Friday on a failure to appear warrant for misdemeanor driving under the influence of a controlled substance. There was no bail amount listed in jail records.

Eluding police, failure to appear — Florentino Ray Alvarez, Jr., 25, of the 100 block of Laurel Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Alvarez on failure to appear warrants for attempting to elude police by vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Alvarez was lodged in jail without bail.

Drug possession, manufacture, delivery — Andrew Douglas Beebe, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Beebe on failure to appear warrants for misdemeanor unlawful possession of heroin, endangering the welfare of a minor, unlawful manufacture of a schedule I controlled substance, unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance, third-degree theft, unlawful possession of a firearm or ammunition and supplying false information to a police officer. Beebe was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary — Jessica Rose Cryts, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Cryts Friday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, and third-degree theft. Cryts was lodged in jail without bail.

Trespass — Mickey Coy Estep, 44, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Estep Friday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal theft. Estep was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Supplying contraband, failure to appear — Joan Lorrainine Ferguson, 30, of the 700 block of Nita Lynne, Medford. Medford police arrested Ferguson Saturday on charges of supplying contraband, unlawful possession of methamphetamine — less than one once — and second-degree criminal trespass. Medford police also arrested Ferguson on failure to appear warrants for resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a police officer, improper use of emergency communications system, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft and third-degree theft. Medford police also arrested Ferguson on parole violations for first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. Ferguson was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Theft, burglary — Felicia Krystal Burton, 33, of the 100 block of Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Burton Saturday on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. Burton was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Criminal mistreatment, failure to appear — Kevin Allen Grass, 31, no known address. Talent police arrested Grass Saturday on a failure to appear warrant for second-degree criminal mistreatment. Grass was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Erik Arthur Gustafson, 41, of the 2000 block of Bradbury Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gustafson on a felony warrant as a fugitive of California. Gustafson was lodged in jail without bail.

Identity theft, failure to appear — Gary Eugene Wesley Halaas, 46, of 1800 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Halaas Saturday on identity theft, first-degree theft, negotiating a bad check, second-degree theft and a failure to appear warrant on third-degree sexual abuse. Halaas was lodged in jail without bail.

Driving without a license, failure to appear — Erik Alan Jenkins, 50, of the 2000 block of Heritage Road, Central Point. Oregon State troopers arrested Jenkins Saturday on a failure to appear warrant for driving with a suspended or revoked license. Jenkins was lodged in jail without bail.

Tampering with evidence, failure to appear — Cory J Worker, 33, of the 900 block of N. Taylorville Boulevard, Taylorville, Illinois. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Worker Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear for reckless driving and a parole violation for tampering with evidence. Worker was lodged into jail without bail.

Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Ryan Thomas Beck, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Beck Saturday on a failure to appear warrant on second-degree criminal trespass. Beck was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Unlawful use of a weapon, failure to appear — Ryheam R. Cail Brucannin, 28, of 700 of East Main Street, Medford. Medford arrested Brucannin Saturday on failure to appear warrants for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing-domestic abuse and second-degree disorderly conduct. Brucannin was lodged in jail without bail. 

Identity theft, failure to appear — Amanda Marie Fleming, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Fleming Saturday on charges of identity theft, felony unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance, false information to a police officer and unlawful manufacture of a counterfeit schedule II controlled substance. Medford police also arrested Fleming Saturday on failure to appear warrants for second- and third-degree theft and unlawful manufacture of a schedule II controlled substance. Fleming was lodged in jail without bail.

Disorderly conduct, failure to appear — Amos Kenny Tilford, 59, no known address. Medford police arrested Tilford Saturday on a failure to appear warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct. Tilford was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Driving without a license, failure to appear — Nicholas Gary Lievanos, 37, of the 8000 block of Division Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lievanos Saturday on a failure to appear warrant for misdemeanor driving while on a suspended or revoked license. Lievanos was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Arson — Andrew Jonathan Prinslow, 30, of the 400 block of Ambose Street, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Prinslow Sunday for PARV first-degree arson. Prinslow was lodged into jail without bail. 

Criminal mischief, failure to appear — Charles Ralph Taylor III, 33, of the 600 block of East Archwood Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor Sunday on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, misdemeanor harassment, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault for domestic abuse. Deputies also arrested Taylor Sunday for failure to appear warrants on contempt of court for violating a restraining order. Taylor was lodged in jail without bail. 

Assault — Tonielle White, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested White Sunday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor harassment domestic violence. White was lodged in jail without bail. 

Theft, driving without a license, failure to appear — Kristy Ann Delvin, 40, of the 90000 block of Linton Lane, Coors Bay. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Delvin Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft and driving while suspended or revoked. Delvin was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Harassment, failure to appear — Victor Miguel Alvarenga-Rosales, 26, of the 1200 block of West eighth street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Alvarenga-Rosales Sunday on a failure to appear warrant for a parole violation on misdemeanor harassment. Alvarenga-Rosales was lodged in jail without bail.
