Arrests

Failure to appear — Paul Bogosian, 51, no known address. Medford police arrested Bogosian Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a city ordinance offense. Bogosian was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Fugitive — Brian Victor Conn, 42, of the 3700 block of Jane Ann Lane, White City. Eagle Point police arrested Conn Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in Nevada. Conn was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Sommer Ann Humphreys, 29, of the 5400 block of Coleman Creek Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Humphreys Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, assault on a peace officer, improper use of emergency communications and resisting arrest. Humphreys was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Fugitive, theft — Leonel Rodriguez-Cervantes, 35, of the 2100 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rodriguez-Cervantes Wednesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as charges of third-degree theft and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Rodriguez-Cervantes was lodged in jail without bail.
