Arrests

Failure to appear — Stephen Alan Branton, 71, no known address. Medford police arrested Branton Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Branton was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Criminal trespass — Scott Steven Hice, 59, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hice Monday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Hice was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Frank Brandon Jenner, 45, of the 1000 block of Crestbrook Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jenner Sunday on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree theft and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault. Jenner was also arrested on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. 

Failure to appear, probation violation — Cashelle June Miles, no known address. Medford police arrested Miles Monday on warrants for failure to appear on a charge of interfering with a police, parole or probation officer and a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Miles was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Morgan Riley Alexander, 24, of the 3000 block of Palmyra Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Alexander Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Alexander was released on her own recognizance.

Criminal mischief, failure to appear — Jessica McKenzie Applegate, 24, no known address. Ashland police arrested Applegate Saturday on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and warrants for failure to appear on charges of resisting arrest, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering and reckless driving. Applegate was lodged in jail without bail.

DUI — Jeffrey John Cepeda Borja, 26, of the 3000 block of Lone Pine Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Borja Saturday on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Borja was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

False information to an officer, failure to appear — Tyler Jeremy Coble, 25, of the 22000 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Medford police arrested Coble Saturday on a charge of false information to a police officer and second-degree criminal trespass. Coble was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree theft. Coble was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Brandie Oneal Harris, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Harris Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Harris was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Parole violation — John Thomas Haynes, 66, no known address. Medford police arrested Haynes Friday on a parole violation for felony failure to report as a sex offender. Haynes was lodged in jail without bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Darrell Curtis Hoover, 53, of the 700 block of Terra Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Hoover Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. Hoover was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Disorderly conduct, failure to appear — Lacy Jo Martinez, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Martinez Friday on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Medford police also arrested Martinez on warrants for failure to appear on charges of contempt of court, first-degree criminal mistreatment, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, unlawful possession of methamphetamine-more than one ounce, improper use of emergency communications and contempt of court for violating a no contact order. Martinez was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Dakota Ryan Miller, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Miller Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge of unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. Miller was lodged in jail without bail.

Assault — Marcos Navarrette III, of the 100 block of SW Thrasher Way, Sherwood. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Navarette Saturday on a charge of third-degree assault. Navarrette was lodged in jail without bail.
