Arrests

Stolen motor vehicle — Miranda Lynn Brown, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brown Wednesday on a charge of a stolen motor vehicle. Brown was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Theft, forgery, domestic abuse — Joseph Wayne Fiskin, 35, of the 1000 block of Southwest Allen Creek Road, Grants Pass. Ashland police arrested Fiskin Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Fiskin was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Emily Mary Flasch, 27, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Ashland. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Flasch Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence of alcohol. Flasch was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Ismael Guitierrez, 23, of the 5000 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Parole and probation officers arrested Guitierrez Wednesday on a felony charge of strangulation-domestic abuse.

Felon in possession of a firearm — Curtis Lee Hollins, 58, of the 900 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hollins Wednesday on charges of felon in possession of body armor, unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers, felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Hollins was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Janique Lee Kosct, 33, of the 2000 block of Hawaiian Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kosct Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempted second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, second-degree animal abuse and harassment. Kosct was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Adriana Kaye Logan, 35, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Logan Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful manufacture, possession and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance and violating a city ordinance. Logan was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Mikeala Elizabeth Niderost, 24, of the 2000 block of Fox Run, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Niderost Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Niderost was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Calvin Dawayne Nidever, 73, of the 2000 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nidever Wednesday on a felony charged of failure to report as a sex offender. Nidever was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Kristopher Wayne Simpson, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Simpson Wednesday on a charge of first-degree theft. Simpson was lodged in jail and released.

Theft — Terry Toalima Vaeono, 41, of the 1000 block of Garden Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Vaeono Wednesday on a charge of first-degree theft. Vaeono was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
