Arrests

Failure to appear — Sean Michael Farschon, 40, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Farschon Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court. Farschon was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released. 

Fugitive — Robert Edward King III, 41, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested King Sunday on a fugitive warrant from California. King was also arrested on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, providing false information to a police officer, unlawful possession of a marijuana item by a person over the age of 21, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful manufacture, possession and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. King was also arrested on a fugitive warrant from Klamath County. King was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Christopher Corey King Sanger, 54, no known address. Medford police arrested Sanger Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Sanger was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, failure to appear, parole violation — Benjamin Stephen Schomaker, 26, of the 10th block of Almond Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Schomaker Saturday on charges of first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Schomaker was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on third-degree theft. Schomaker was also arrested on a parole violation for felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Schomaker was lodged in jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse — Jimmie Robert Talbert, 64, no known address. Medford police arrested Talbert Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing-domestic abuse and third-degree criminal mischief. Talbert was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Levi Devin Delgadillo, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Degadillo Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for hit-and-run resulting in property damage. Delgadillo was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Mallory Kristen Dimich, 38, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Dimich Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Dimich was lodged in jail and released.

Methamphetamine charges — Steven Joseph Guidry, 39, of the 1000 block of Woodrow Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Guidry Saturday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Guidry was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Yvonne F. Hanscom, 54, of the 200 block of S. Stage Road, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Hanscom Friday on a charge of first-degree theft. Hanscom was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Disorderly conduct — Jeffrey Michael Hanshaw, 39, of 500 W. Clark Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hanshaw Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Hanshaw was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Sexual abuse, felon in possession of a firearm — Larry James King, 65, of the 2000 block of Queens Branch Road, Rogue River. Oregon State Police troopers arrested King Friday on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and felon in possession of a firearm. King was lodged in jail without bail.

Identity theft, failure to appear, probation violation — Joshua James Lang, 38, of the 300 block of Snowy Butte Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Lang Saturday on charges of identity theft, providing false information to a police officer and resisting arrest. Lang was also arrested on a probation violation on first-degree and third-degree robbery. Lang was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Lang was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Cody Alexander Le Ojan, 27, of the 1000 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Ojan Friday on a felony charge of strangulation-domestic abuse and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault. Ojan was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, failure to appear, probation violation — Reina White Olbera, 44, of the 5000 block of Highway 227, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Olbera Friday on a charge of third-degree theft. Olbera was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft. Olbera was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Olbera was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Edgar Andres Salazar, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Salazar Saturday on a fugitive warrant from California. Salazar was lodged in jail without bail.

Assault, attempting to elude police, resisting arrest — Bryan Schuler, 55, of the 300 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Schuler Friday on charges of attempting to elude police by foot, hit-and-run resulting in property damage, resisting arrest, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, attempting to elude police by vehicle and second-degree assault. Schuler was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful manufacture, possession and delivery of methamphetamine. Schuler was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession and delivery of cocaine. Schuler was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful manufacture and delivery of cocaine. Schuler was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of felon in possession of a firearm and providing false information to a police officer. Schuler was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Richard Wayne Swinger, 51, of the 5000 block of Highway 227, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Swinger Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of a traffic offense and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Swinger was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
