Submit Letters

The Rogue Valley Times welcomes your letters. Letters should be limited to one issue, contain no more than 250 words and include the writer's phone number and address for verification. Longer pieces can be submitted. We call these Guest Columns, and they can be between 550 and 650 words.

We edit submissions for brevity, grammar, taste and legal reasons. We reject poetry, personal attacks, form letters and letters submitted elsewhere. Writers are limited to one printed submission every 30 days. Election Letters are limited to 150 words. Submissions exceeding that guideline either will be edited for length or returned to the writer for resubmission.
