Arrests

Probation violation — Christopher Michael Boyd, 46, of the 1800 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Boyd Thursday on probation violations for unlawful delivery of heroin and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Boyd was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Joel Matthew Caswell, 29, of the 700 block of East California Street, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Caswell Friday on seven charges of unlawful possession of a marijuana item by a person over 21 years of age. Caswell was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear, theft — Chrissy Joyce Connor, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Connor Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of aggravated harassment, interfering with a peace officer, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, giving false information to a peace officer and driving with a suspended or revoked license along with a change of third-degree theft. Connor was lodged in jail on $12,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Dennis Michael Lufkin, 78, no known address. Medford police arrested Lufkin Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Lufkin was lodged in jail without bail.

Parole violation, criminal mischief — Graham Nicholas Pedersen, 37, no known address. Ashland police arrested Pedersen Thursday on a parole violation for first-degree theft and charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Pedersen was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Michael Vern Pitts, 43, of the 2700 block of Old Highway 99, Roseburg. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Pitts Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license. Pitts was lodged in jail on $3,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Robert William Schmoll, 37, of the 10 block of East South Stage Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Schmoll Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Schmoll was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Taylor Faye Shay, 25, of the 11400 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Shay Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft and fourth-degree assault and two charges of contempt of court for violating a no contact order. Shay was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Michael Robert Shepard, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Shepard Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of identity theft and three charges of giving false information to a peace officer. Shepard was lodged in jail without bail.
