Arrests

Domestic abuse — Kenneth William Keith Barr, 41, no known address. Parole and probation officers arrested Barr Thursday on probation violations for strangulation-domestic abuse. Barr was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Criminal trespass — David Salvador Chavez-Gonzalez, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Chavez-Gonzalez Thursday on charges of first-degree attempted criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass and a probation violation for unlawful use of a weapon. Chavez-Gonzalez was lodged in jail without bail.

Unlawful carrying or concealing of a firearm — Travis Edward Euler, 45, no known address. Medford police arrested Euler Thursday on charges of unlawful carrying or concealing of a firearm, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Euler was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Criminal trespass — Walter Jacinto Hernandez Costilla, 23, of the 1400 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hernandez Costilla Thursday on charges of first-degree attempted criminal trespass and second-degree criminal trespass. Hernandez Costilla was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Burglary, criminal trespass — Jacob Daniel Johnson, 27, of the 400 block of Merlee Circle, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Johnson on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a law enforcement animal and menacing. Johnson was also arrested on a probation violation for first-degree criminal mischief. Johnson was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Criminal mischief — Jonah Robert Lee Price, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Price Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degrees disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief. Price was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Mark Curtis Rider, 41, of the 3300 block of Southeast 141st Avenue, Portland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rider Thursday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Rider was lodged in jail without bail.
