Arrests

Forgery, theft — Andrew Daniel Arzner, 29, of the 1900 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Arzner Monday on charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree theft and giving false information to a peace officer along with a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Arzner was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Justin Dee Chapman, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Chapman Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Chapman was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to report as a sex offender — John Alexander Galbraith, 74, of the 5100 block of East Presidio Road, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Galbraith Monday on charges of failure to report as a sex offender and second-degree criminal trespass. Galbraith was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault, harassment — Javier Manuel Morales, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Morales Monday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, harassment, menacing-domestic abuse and coercion. Morales was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary, harassment — David Lee Nelson, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nelson Sunday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment along with a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Nelson was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Mark Curtis Rider, 41, of the 3300 block of 134th Avenue, Portland. Medford police arrested Rider Thursday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Rider was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Fugitive — Alexander Michael Wyman, 47, no known address. Medford police arrested Wyman Sunday on a fugitive warrant from California. Wyman was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail.
