Arrests
Criminal trespass, drugs — Cody Jay Cahoe, 32, of the 600 block of East Archwood Drive, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Cahoe Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass. Cahoe was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Fugitive, failure to appear — Alyssa Trinity Ann Hall, 29, of the 5200 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hall Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as charges of aggravated identity theft and first-degree theft and warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and unlawful manufacture of marijuana. Hall was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.
Disorderly conduct — Gerald David Leonardo, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Leonardo Tuesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. Leonardo was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Michael Nick Mialkovsky, 48, of the 8700 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mialkovsky Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended or revoked license, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Mialkovsky was lodged in jail without bail.
Fugitive — Leandro James Orlans, 45, of the 4800 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Orlans Tuesday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering, second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless endangering and reckless driving. Orlans was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Donovan Jesus Aquino, 21, of the 200 block of Tolman Creek Road, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Aquino Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering and second-degree criminal mischief. Aquino was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. (see coverage at rv-times.com)
Criminal trespass, drugs — Asahel Lopez Munoz, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Lopez Munoz Tuesday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Lopez Munoz was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Jeremy James Wilson, 40, of the 40 block of Crocker Street, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Wilson Tuesday on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Wilson was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Riley Patrick Wray, 33, of the 1500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Medford police arrested Wray Monday on charges of giving false information to a peace officer, second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance along with a parole violation for unlawful possession of heroin and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court. Wray was lodged in jail and released of his own recognizance.
