Arrests
Failure to appear — Duane Deshawn King, 35, of the 800 block of Taylor Street, Medford. Medford police arrested King Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. King was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Jonathan Christopher Martinez, 37, of the 2100 block of Hill Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Martinez Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended or revoked license and hit and run vehicle-property damage as well as a probation violation for stalking. Martinez was lodged in jail without bail.
Drugs — Patrick James Romano, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Romano Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass as well as a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Romano was lodged in jail without bail.
Arson, criminal mischief — Frank Alexander Weston, 59, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Weston Wednesday on charges of second-degree arson, first degree criminal mischief and reckless burning. Weston was lodged in jail without bail.
Disorderly conduct, theft — Robert Adam Aispuro, 33, of the 800 block of Gilman Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Aispuro Tuesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. Aispuro was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Domestic abuse — Jose Esparza, 29, of the 400 block of Fifth Street, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Esparza Monday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, menacing-domestic abuse, unlawful use of a weapon and fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Esparza was lodged in jail on $500,000 bail.
Reckless endangering, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Monique Andrea Mercado, 25, of the 2100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mercado Monday on charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering, driving under the influence of intoxicants, aggravated harassment and hit and run vehicle-property damage. Mercado was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Drugs, tampering with evidence — Dean Eric Rossin, 27, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Rossin Tuesday on charges of tampering with evidence, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for strangulation-domestic abuse. Rossin was lodged in jail without bail.
