Theft, drugs — Kody Brennan Baker, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Baker Monday on charges of first-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Baker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Adam Joseph Jansen, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Jansen Monday on charges of failure to report as a sex offender and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Jansen was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary, kidnapping — Ashley Marie Lazenby, 26, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Lazenby Sunday on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree custodial interference. Lazenby was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.

Theft, drugs — Jason Christopher Pennell, 39, of the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Rogue River police arrested Pennell Monday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving, improper use of emergency communications system, second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless endangering, first-degree disorderly conduct and false reporting. Pennell was lodged in jail without bail.
