Arrests

Failure to appear, supplying contraband — Ashley Elizabeth Batty, 34, of the 300 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Batty Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft as well as charges of supplying contraband and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Batty was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse — Andrew Maximiliano Garcia, 19, of the 2100 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Ashland police arrested Garcia Sunday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and interfering with making a report. Garcia was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Forgery, theft — Guillermo Ishtar Guitron, 33, of the 7900 block of Division Road, White City. Medford police arrested Guitron Saturday on charges of first-degree forgery, second-degree theft, second-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, identity theft and negotiating a bad check. Guitron was lodged in jail on $45,000 bail.

Kidnapping, domestic abuse — Toris Lamar Henley, 43, of the 2400 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Henley Friday on charges of first-degree kidnapping, unlawful use of a weapon, strangulation-domestic abuse, menacing-domestic abuse, coercion and harassment. Henley was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail. 

Failure to appear — Malia Kayann Masonheimer, 32, of the 2500 block of Ashwood Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Masonheimer Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, second-degree theft, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Masonheimer was lodged in jail without bail.
