Arrests

Failure to appear — Dennis Wayne Genarie, 57, no known address. Medford police arrested Genarie Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, harassment and giving false information to a peace officer. Genarie was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Assault, reckless driving — Phillip John Hill, 43, of the 3700 block of Old Cherry Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Hill Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault, reckless driving, reckless endangering and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Hill was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Jose Luis Riverachavez, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Riverachavez Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Riverachavez was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Domestic abuse — Karl Andrew Taylor, 50, of the 400 block of Ashwood Drive, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor Wednesday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and harassment. Taylor was lodged in jail without bail.
