Arrests

Theft, drugs — Danny Daniel Federico Chacon, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Chacon Thursday on charges of first-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Chacon was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Disorderly conduct, reckless driving — Matthew Morton Gaba, 35, of the 10 block of Honda Lane, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gaba Thursday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Gaba was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Theft, criminal trespass — Teddy Wayne Peckham, 40, of the 2100 block of Fruitdale Drive, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Peckham Thursday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Peckham was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Larry Ralph Rhea, 68, of the 13600 block of Old Highway 99, Grenada, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rhea Thursday on charges of second-degree assault, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Rhea was lodged in jail without bail.
