Arrests

Criminal mischief, criminal trespass — Brian Taylor Bailey, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Bailey Friday on charges of possession of burglary tools, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Bailey was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Burglary, assault — Rhagan McKenzie Fulton, 23, of the 4900 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Fulton Thursday on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. Fulton was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Sexual abuse — Matthew Steven Hudson, 34 of the 2300 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hudson Friday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Hudson was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Layla Marie Titus, 21, of the 600 block of Lawrence Lane, Yreka, California. Phoenix police arrested Titus Thursday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California as well as a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft and charges of third-degree theft and giving false information to a peace officer. Titus was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs, theft — Shawna Filion, 44, of the 12000 block of Duggan Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Filion Saturday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of heroin and second-degree theft. Filion was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Daryl James Rodillas, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Rodillas Friday on a warrant as a fugitive wanted in California. Rodillas was lodged in jail without bail.
