Highlights: Smokey is full of potential and ready to learn! He already knows “sit,” “’lie down,” and “shake,” and his love of treats makes him eager to pick up even more skills through continued basic training.

As a young dog, Smokey has medium-to-high puppy-like energy and will thrive in an active home that can provide plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Smokey’s sweet and enthusiastic personality makes him a joy to be around, and he’s looking for an adoptive home who can help him grow into a well-mannered adult.

While his compatibility with cats is unknown, Smokey has lived peacefully with both smaller dogs and children. A meet-and-greet between any dogs in the home is recommended prior to adoption.
