Arrests

Theft — George Ernest Backes, 79, of the 2000 block of Mistybrook Drive, Grants Pass. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge set custody and release conditions for Backes, who was arrested on a charge of first-degree theft. Backes was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Theft — Brandon James Clark, 33, of the 300 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Clark Wednesday on a charge of first-degree theft. Clark was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Samantha Joanna Destinee Conte, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Conte Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. Conte was lodged in jail and released.

Sexual abuse — Lanny C. Domino, 58, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Domino Tuesday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Domino was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail.

Parole violation — Tommy Lee Alan Forsythe Jr., 30, of the 400 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Forsythe Wednesday on a parole violation for a felony charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Forsythe was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary, parole violations — Adam James Guenther, 33, of the 80th block of Eagle View Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Guenther on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Guenther was also arrested on parole violations for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. Guenther was lodged in jail without bail.

Contempt of court, failure to appear — Jessie Douglas Jones, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Tuesday on a charge of contempt of court. Jones was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of failure to report as a sex offender. Jones was lodged in jail on $12,000 bail.

Parole violation — Tyrus Shane Jones, 56, of the 100 block of Elk Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Wednesday on a parole violation for first-degree burglary. Jones was lodged in jail without bail.

Vehicle theft, failure to appear — Tyler Scott McCauley, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested McCauley Wednesday was lodged in jail on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. McCauley was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree theft. McCauley was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Supplying contraband — Priscilla Marie Pacheco, 22, of the 1000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Pacheco Tuesday on charges of supplying contraband and unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. Pacheco was logged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Danielle Elizabeth Proudman, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Proudman Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of contempt of court for violating a restraining order and a probation violation for driving under the influence of alcohol. Proudman was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.

Criminal trespass, parole violation — Dean Eric Rossin, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Rossin Wednesday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Rossin was also arrested on a parole violation for a felony charge of strangulation-domestic abuse. Rossin was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — James Edward Stallsworth, 23, of the 600 block of Nottingham Terrace, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Stallsworth Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. Stallsworth was lodged in jail and released.

Methamphetamine charges, parole violation — Raymond Lloyd Young, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Young Tuesday on charges of unlawful delivery and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Young was also arrested on a parole violation for attempt to elude police by vehicle. Young was lodged in jail without bail.
