Cocaine possession, failure to appear, probation violation — Mason Richard Barrett, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Barrett Sunday on a charge of unlawful possession of cocaine. Barrett was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of felony strangulation-domestic abuse, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers, reckless driving, hit-and-run resulting in property damage and providing false information to a police officer. Barrett was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on probation violations for unlawful delivery of cocaine. Barrett was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Christopher Blake Bayne, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Bayne Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of violating a city ordinance. Bayne was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Criminal trespass — Daniel Joel Blake, 67, no known address. Medford police arrested Blake Sunday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Blake was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Aaron Jovan Criss, 40, of the 3000 block of Maple Court, White City. Medford police arrested Criss Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license. Criss was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Jose Luis Enriquez, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Enriquez Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Enriquez was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Cassidy Ann Harrison, 31, of the 50th block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Harrison Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Harrison was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Identity theft — Jessica Earlene Isaac, 33, of the 6000 block of Ventura Lane, Central Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Isaac Saturday on a charge of identity theft. Isaac was lodged in jail and released. 

DUI, failure to appear — Anthony Raymond Matteucci, 35, no known address. Talent police arrested Matteucci Sunday on a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Matteucci was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court for violating a no contact order. Matteucci was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Failure to appear — Matthew Peter Mueller, 50, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mueller Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Mueller was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — David Douglas Pruitt, 62, of the 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Pruitt Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence of alcohol. Pruitt was lodged in jail without bail.

Arson — Darrylle Lynn Tharp, 31, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tharp Saturday on a charge of first-degree arson. Tharp was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Cody Allen Atchley, 28, of the 2000 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Bureau of Land Management personnel arrested Atchley Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Atchley was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Brandon Lee Clement, 29, of the 2000 block of North 2600 East, Layton, Utah. Medford police arrested Clement Friday on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft and harassment. Clement was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Patrick JT Doty, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Doty Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Doty was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Tyler James Libbett, 36, of the 900 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Libbett Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. Libbett was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Heidi Lynn Lyman, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Lyman Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft. Lyman was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Unlawful use of a weapon, probation violation — Buchanan Zachariah McLaughlin, 35, no known address. Talent police arrested McLaughlin Friday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree theft and a probation violation for a felony charge of failure to report as a sex offender. McLaughlin was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Patrick John Palfreyman, 30, of the 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Palfreyman on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Palfreyman was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Controlled substance, methamphetamine — Rocky Allen Rockwell, 29, of the 500 block of Fairmont Street, Medford. Medford police Rockwell Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful manufacture of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful manufacture or delivery of a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. Rockwell was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Bias crime — Philip Daniel Sipress, 32, of the 1st block of Coral Lane, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Spiress Saturday on charges of first-degree bias crime, unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and menacing. Sipress was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Joseph Francisco Teran, 43, of the 500 block of Barton Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Teran Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. Teran was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for contempt of court. Teran was also arrested on a fugitive warrant from Washington County. Teran was lodged in jail without bail.
